EFP FS 18 DR

Description

The horizontal packaging machine Flow Pack EFP FS 18 DR with rotating end seal crimps is suitable for packaging small and medium size solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film.

It has two film reel axes and a splicer mechanism to automatically switch from one film reel to another when one runs out, thus enabling nonstop machine operation. It is suitable for coupling with an automated feeding line.

EFP FS 18 DR model integrates four servo driven motors for controlling machine’s main motion axes as well as touch screen functionality for setting machine’s parameters. It has two jaws per axis, length of 180mm, and small axial distance for higher packaging speed up to 150 pcs/min.

All mechanical and electrical parts are easily accessible for cleaning and replacement
