Packaging of a family-sized twirled pie with a diameter of 32 cm. The product is packaged with a cardboard tray placed at the base of the pack. Proper packaging requires roller track mechanism at the sealing jaws frame, film infeed controlled by a servo motor, and a mechanically driven air-extraction brush to remove excess air from the package. The suitable Flow Pack model is the EFP FS 40.
