EFP FS 18

Description

The horizontal packaging machine Flow Pack EFP FS 18 with rotating end seal crimps is suitable for packaging small and medium size solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film. It has one or two sealing jaws per axis, length of 180mm and small axial distance for high packaging speed, up to 150 pcs/min.

EFP FS 18 model integrates three servo driven motors for controlling machine’s main motion axes as well as touch screen functionality for setting machine’s parameters.

Cantilevered and sturdy construction yet this machine is very easy in use, cleaning and maintenance. It is used for packaging small and medium size products like face masks, cutlery sets with napkins, croissant, brioche breads etc.

Progressive cross or zig zag pattern cut blade with anvil to suit
Fixed film folding box or adjustable former is used depending on the product
Protective plastic lids with safety switches on jaws assembly
Machine can use hot seal or cold seal packaging films, laminated packaging films of polypropylene combined with polyethylene, polyester, metalized polypropylene and other options
All mechanical and electrical parts are easily accessible for cleaning and replacement
