EFP FS 25

Description

The horizontal packaging machine EFP FS 25 with rotating end seal crimps is the most versatile model of the APM EFP FS Flow Pack series due to the ability of packaging products with a wide range of different dimensions. The machine is suitable for packaging medium size solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film with a maximum product width of 20cm.

EFP FS 25 model integrates three servo driven motors for controlling machine’s main motion axes – infeed conveyor, fin wheels, end seal crimps – as well as touch screen functionality for setting machine’s parameters. All settings of the machine are saved in recipes function for each product separately and machine is ready to start automatically when the product recipe is loaded.

It is usually used for packaging medium size products like sponges, a lot of bakery and confectionary products, and agricultural products in trays.

Machine can use hot seal or cold seal packaging films, laminated packaging films of polypropylene combined with polyethylene, polyester, metalized polypropylene and other options
All mechanical and electrical parts are easily accessible for cleaning and replacement
