EFP FS 32

Description

The horizontal packaging machine Flow Pack EFP FS 32 with rotating end seal crimps is suitable for packaging solid products in pillow bag form with flexible packaging film. The maximum product width that it can package is 28cm and it is a special version of the EFP FS Flow Pack series because this machine is usually used for packaging big size sponges and big size bakery products.

EFP FS 32 model integrates three servo driven motors for controlling machine’s main motion axes – infeed conveyor, fin wheels, end seal crimps – as well as touch screen functionality for setting machine’s parameters.

All settings of the machine are saved in recipes function for each product separately and machine is ready to start automatically when the product recipe is loaded.

Fixed film folding box or adjustable former is used depending on the product
“No Product – No Bag” operation for reducing the waste of packaging film
Protective plastic lids with safety switches on jaws assembly
Machine can use hot seal laminated packaging films of polypropylene combined with polyethylene, polyester, metalized polypropylene and other options
All mechanical and electrical parts are easily accessible for cleaning and replacement
